Hedman Partners advised venture capital firm Mosaic Ventures

Hedman Partners, in cooperation with Gunderson Dettmer, advised the London-based venture capital firm Mosaic Ventures on investing in a company, that provides web and mobile identity verification solutions.

The company helps other businesses to reduce fraud and meet KYC requirements by providing innovative online identity verification solutions.

Mosaic Ventures is a Silicon Valley-style venture capital firm based in London, focused on Series A. They were the lead investors in the company’s $7.7 million Series A financing round. Mosaic Ventures’ partners have 25+ years of experience investing on both sides of the Atlantic.

In that time, they have invested across 10 countries in over 70 companies that together have created over $400 billion of value.

Hedman Partner’s attorneys Merlin Salvik and Toomas Seppel and advocate Kristel Tael performed legal due diligence on the company, which is the Estonian subsidiary of the target company.
